The Sennheiser Evolution G2 Series is the latest addition to Sennheiser's Evolution family of wireless microphones. The UHF wireless microphone system features 1440 tunable frequencies and 20 frequency presets. This system includes the EM500G2 receiver, SK500G2 bodypack transmitter and MKE2-EW Gold omnidirectional lavalier microphone.

The EK500G2 is a camera mountable UHF wireless microphone receiver designed for use with the Evolution G2 Series wireless system. The EK500G2 is made of a durable metal enclosure and features a full functional LED display. The receiver features a 1/8" unbalanced TRS mini output for complete compatibility with camcorders. Four preset memory locations can be reassigned to any of the 1440 available frequencies, within the 32MHz tuning range. The EK500G2 will operate up to 8 hours on 2 alkaline AA size batteries.

The SK500G2 Bodypack Transmitter features an identically designed enclosure as the receiver. It also features an LCD display and 20 preset memory locations that can be reassigned to any of the available 1440 frequencies. The transmitter features a 1/8" locking-mini input for compatible lavalier microphones.

The MKE-2 EW Gold lavalier features an omnidirectional polar pattern and exceptional frequency and signal response. The sound characteristics are optimized for pristine reproduction of speech and vocals and the locking 1/8" (3.5mm) mini connection enable use with the EW series bodypack transmitters.
